Chao Zhang, Associate researcher, Shenzhen Graduate School, Peking University, research direction is harmless treatment and resource utilization of organic solid waste. Mainly covers:
1. Research on the preparation of biomass-based functional materials: For agricultural and forestry waste biomass, thermochemical and biological transformation processes are adopted to realize the resource utilization of all components through the classification, purification and directional transformation of complex components of biomass;
2. Research on organic wastewater treatment and resource recovery: In view of the coexistence of pollution and resources of organic wastewater, research on risk identification of toxic and harmful substances, biological and chemical treatment and resource transformation is carried out.
