个人简介
余珂,博士,就职于北京大学深圳研究生院,任研究员、助理教授、北京大学环境科学与工程学、计算机应用技术双学科博导,同时兼任Microbiome杂志高级编辑(Senitor Editor)、iMeta等杂志编委。他的研究关注于从极端环境,尤其是从极端环境(盐碱水生态系统)中发掘未知的微生物类群,以期发现人类未知的潜在功能性微生物或生物活性物质的合成基因组簇,并将其进行培育或生物合成。为达到这一目的,他致力于开发基于分子生物学技术及人工智能技术的微生物组技术与生物信息学研究方法,专注于宏基因组和宏转录组的分析算法、数据库、分析流程及可视化系统开发,结合代谢组、培养组及基因操作技术,实现对来源于各种环境及人体,尤其是极端环境体系中,具有应用潜力的微生物及生物合成基因簇的识别与培育。主持国家自然科学基金面上基金及青年基金,以单位第一负责人参与国家自然科学基金重点基金及“十四五”国家重点研发计划项等15项课题,经费总额为800多万人民币。成果包括以第一作者或通讯作者身份在包括Nature Communications、Microbiome、Environmental Science & Technology、Water Research等多种综合性、微生物学、环境科学及工程类期刊的多篇SCI论文,总SCI论文数合为90余篇,总引用次数5000余次。其中,以第一作者发表的世界上首篇应用宏转录组技术解析活性污泥微生物的论文,被丹麦奥尔本大学的世界污水处理微生物的权威专家Per H Nielsen教授上评为近50年来解析活性污泥微生物生态的20篇里程碑式研究技术型论文之一;另一篇多宏组学技术论文被佐治亚理工大学的著名分子生物学及细胞生物学讲席教授Marvin Whiteley评价为革新了菌间互作研究的方法,为未来研究提供了崭新的途径。
